Together with Stuart MacPherson, The Macallan Master of Wood, and led by Josep Roca, one of the world’s best sommeliers, they explore the essence and true spirit of southern Spain, with its rich gastronomy, vibrant culture and ancient wine tradition. Back in their restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, the brothers create a special and emotional menu inspired in their trip that aims to pay homage to their parents’ restaurant, Can Roca, and the neighbourhood that watched them grow up.
