The purpose of the video “The essay in the classroom” is to explain the project “Igiene Insieme”, created by Napisan and San Raffaele University.
The video tells about a typical day of distance learning in a spontaneous and funny way.
A young teacher calls her primary school pupils on Skype and simulates a school question. She makes them read the essay that they wrote, which is entitled: how I spend my day at home.
The children tell her how they’re experiencing quarantine and deal with everything they do – from the moment they wake up until they go to sleep.
They also tell her what hygiene rules they have learned and how much they want to go back to playing with their friends.
