That’s why William and Alexei launched Desolenator, a startup that has developed a water purifier powered by solar energy. This innovative technology can be used to purify water from any source (including seawater) and could really make the difference in drought stricken areas or in households that have no access to clean water.
Desolenator is one of the 10 startups selected out of 700 applicants from all over the world for the Booster programme 2017. Booking.com’s first accelerator programme for startups in sustainable tourism.
