Here in Veo, we work every day to make sports technology accessible to all.
Advanced technology in the world of sport is unfairly distributed, and we’re on a mission to change that.
But how did it all start? Let’s take you back in time to the humble beginnings of Veo.
In the fall of 2015, our co-founder Keld was late for his son’s football game. When he finally arrived at the pitch, his son had already scored a goal. Keld was disappointed not to see the great moment, so he began wondering, ‘why aren’t all football matches recorded?’ Pro clubs and elite-level academies record their matches. But with video technology evolving dramatically with high-end cameras in smartphones and ubiquitous action cameras, why wasn’t it possible to simply, affordably, and easily record all games – from Champions League to Sunday League? That afternoon, the idea of Veo was born.
