Destination Bornholm primarily focuses on two tasks; the development and marketing of Bornholm as an isle of tourism. Furthermore, Destination Bornholm runs the isles tourist information under the name of Bornholms Tourist information.
The scope of our tasks varies greatly within our function. Our tasks include, but not limited to, being the mouthpiece of tourism in various councils, such as BATs user council (Bus company), we act as sparring partners for the communes officials and politicians in regards to signage, beach cleanups, and more. Alongside this, we work with outdoor clusters, act as coordinaters in regards to cruiseshipwork and perform markerting initiatives on island-level, including accommodations and transport; that being island-campaigns, development and operation of Bornholm.info, production of applications and much more.
